Please order in plenty of time incase the snow arrives!!!

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery to the UK (includes N.I.) and Republic of Ireland.  

Standard charge of £5.00. per order, no matter how many items.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days with a copy of your original invoice.

We exchange or refund (to the original payment method) any* unworn and unwashed items that are in their original condition.

*Due to hygiene reasons undergarments (pants/knickers/leggings) are non-returnable under any circumstance.

Please note: The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us.

Personalisation

Hoodies:  Your name or your pony's name, is printed in the FunkyFilly font, making it unique, and will be printed on the back of the hoody (£15) maximum 20 letters,with an option to put the same text on the sleeve £5 extra, and/or side of hood for an extra £5.  The colour print will be white or silver, depending on the design, unless stated otherwise.

Jodhpurs and Jog Pants:  Your name or your pony's name, is printed in the FunkyFilly font, making is unique, and will be printed down the side of the left leg. (£15) maximum 20 letters.
