Funky Filly Delivery
UK Standard Delivery £5 per order - Royal Mail First Class
Funky Filly will endeavour to ensure that orders placed between Monday - Friday will normally be delivered within 5-6 working days (subject to stock availability).
Please allow 3-4 Working Days for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
This service does not include a tracking service.
On rare occasions items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 07515 934 478 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.
**CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2017**
Please note that during busy Christmas Shopping periods the Standard Service can take longer to arrive. Last orders for Personalised items is 7th December to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays the office will be closed. Whilst we will do our best to meet all orders we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the website. We reserve the right to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
All Orders are sent by ROYAL MAIL airmail.
IRELAND: Postage costs £6 per order.
Europe Postage Costs: £8.00 per order
Rest of the World Postage Costs: £12.00 per order - Tracked and Signed service
We are not liable for import taxes or custom duties levied at the point of entry by some countries.

We are confident that you will love your FUNKY FILLY product(s) but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. *PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE*
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Please return the item(s) with proof of purchase within 28 days of receiving them. Items received after this period will not be considered for a refund. Returns must be unused, in their original package and in a resaleable condition. Please send the returned goods, with a covering letter or email explaining what you would like to exchange it for or if you would like a refund, to Anne Sheldon, Funky Filly Ltd., 1 Springvale Cottage, Hadleigh Rd, Sproughton, Ipswich, IP8 3AS, United Kingdom. Please ensure your name and address appears on the back of the package.
All Funky Filly products are made to the highest standard of manufacturing, design and fabric quality. Check the label inside the garment for washing instructions. Do not iron on any prints. We have tried to ensure that the colours on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our clothing. However due to difference in colour palettes between the web enviroment and clothing dyes, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

Product Care and Washing:
Please read the removable yellow sticker label inside the garment or product carefully.
Diamante and Hologram printed designs: Please wash at 30 degrees, inside out, do not tumble dry, do not iron motif.
